I've made two suggestions for you.
The first is using the same markup but reducing some of the text in markup and adding other text in default. The second uses the original text but reduces markup - mostly in the headings.

-VenusKamal (12/6/2011 9:48:47 AM) For the most part this looks fine as far as markup goes. Colors are a bit subdued, but that could be an asthetic choice.
My suggestion is on how this information should be grouped. Your Outstanding Orders list should be seperate from everything else because you will update this information most often. Your giveaway rules and promotional information may be posted only once per day. I've suggested you combine this information into one post. I've also used the Rules & Guidelines you used with your OO list as it goes better with your Promo Pack info because they are not centered like your Giveaway name info. There is probably too much grey color underneath your giveaway name keyboard art. You may want to experiment with a different color choice to make the "Question? Comments?, Send a PT to oCOOKIEo" stand out a bit from your subtitle info.

It was hard to read having just the first letter of each word in color. I also changed "Christmas" to "Holidays" at the end there. -iolite (1/5/2012 7:18:58 AM) This is overuse of markup as everything is underlined. I don't think you meant to do that but have shown you the version without it, just in case.
Other changes I recommend are as follows: - Moved the heading ''Hiring Thread'' to below the main heading for the Giveaway. - Bolded the heading ''Hiring Thread''. - Put some more line spacing throughout to help with the look. - Bolded the ''Rules'' heading - Used the ''Rules'' heading as a template for the Wifi and Non-Wifi headings so that they are more easy to see. - Added bold to the ''Supplier'' heading.
In my personal opinion, I think that some of the colours you have used are hard to read. It'd be worth you looking up a HTML Color Code chart to get some codes for colors that would work better.

My only suggestion which I've edited above was to bold your headings. The colors chosen were a bit washed out into the background which made them difficult to read. The bolding makes them stand out more and are easier to read.
