Please make sure the directory or folder name where you put RVFOREST.DAT file is stated properly in file dlcsetting.xml (created automatically by DiiLC tool and put in main folder or root directory of SD card).

It is a tool for getting DLC or HDLC when they are being distributed. Just google the name to find out more.
