%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%AC:CF/LGTTC Fun & Games Guide%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%Made by Fiction3714, Mark-up by aldericonWelcome to the AC:CF/LGTTC Fun & Games Guide!

Here you'll find loads of fun stuff to do on your Animal Crossing City Folk/Let's Go To The City game to enjoy with others!
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •Fishing and BuggingWhat You'll Need: A fishing rod and/or bug net, a timer(optional)
How many can play: Up to four, preferably 2 or 3
How to Play: Everybody knows the basic Fishing and Bugging fun. When you're WiFing, why not buy a Timer at Nook's for 500 bells and go bugging/fishing! If you have a timer, ask you're friend if he/she wants to have a bug/fish off. If they say yes set that Timer to the time and go off! At the top left corner of your TV, their will be a clock and hanging down from it two circles. One has a picture of a fish, and the other of a bug. When you catch a bug or fish, that space records it and when it's all done, the timer will go off and you're character automatically says how much fish and bugs you caught! It's very fun! A good idea is to always bring a net and a rod, probably Gold or Silver.

You do this basically just by wondering lake/water areas and try to find fish. Or, in bug hunting situations look through forests and flowers.

For help, you can find the Fish Guide
here, and you can find the Bug Guide
here.
Prizes: Prizes aren't usually given, but you may if you like, which your friends will love!
Tips: Go for the big ones and the ones that look rare.
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •SellingWhat You'll Need: Bells, and Items (varies)
How many can play: Up to 4 (recommended)
How to Play: On your basic AC:CF Trading Post, you can sell, trade and buy various items for various prices! It's not exactly "WiFi Fun" but with all the AC:CF items what would you find? Always bring a few bells with you to someones town, or deposit in ABD in your Town Hall and go to ABD in their town, because you never know when someone makes a deal!
I remember I was going over a town for a basic WiFi trip and my friend said "I have a shop in my basement...want to check it out?" It's amazing how much fun selling can be. You may also find something you want to trade!

You can find the Fruit Trading Thread
here, and the DLC Trading Thread
here.
Prizes: Items or Bells!
Tips: Always carry money!
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •Hide N' SeekWhat You'll Need: Some friends, a timer (optional)
How many can play: Up to 4 (3 or more is suggested)
How to Play: Select one person to be "it" and count to a specific number, usually in the gate while the other players hide. It's polite for the host to offer to count first, but not necessary. After the person stops counting, they then search for the other players. When there's more than 2 players the found players usually help the counter find the remaining hiders. The first person found is then "it" and becomes the counter. Repeat until everyone has had a turn.
Prizes: Prizes aren't usually given but rather the first person found counts next.
Tips: Limit your hiding area by picking either inside or outside to help things move faster and make it a bit easier. Also do not communicate via text as it will give your location away.
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •Treasure Hunt!What You'll Need: A Shovel, and Timer (optional)
How many can play: 3-4 (recommended)
How to Play: Treasure Hunts are hard to plan and layout but, if you're board a Treasure Hunt is a very fun thing to do! A Treasure Hunt is probably the best with some rare items, like Gracie or Nook Point System Items, but it can be played with any item, excluding plants, fruit, bugs and fish. And always remember to bring a shovel!

Treasure Hunts aren't easy as I've been in one and it was hard. There were so much piles of dirt filled with items but although it was hard, I finished my Link/Mario/Toad/Luigi Costumes!
Tips: Here's how to set up Treasure Hunts.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •ExploringWhat You'll Need: A Character
How many can play: 1-4
How to Play: Do you know your town perfectly? You and your friend can find well, who knows what! You might have Jacobs Ladders, or Items or maybe a lot of weeds. You may also find a rare bug or fish and that would be pretty helpful!
Tips: Be careful though, if you don't know who your exploring with yet don't explore because it may get wrecked. Visit the
Town Safety Guide for more information.
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%• • • •RacesWhat You'll Need: A layout of a race in your town
How many can play: Depends on width of track
How to Play: The host of your game will probably have a layout for a race. You and an opponent will have a race to see who wins. Some town owners decide to have a pattern layout so if you do run, try not to pick up patterns!
If you have a town with paths full of patterns or you don't wanna set patterns up, you can say "We'll race from Nook's to Able's!" or anything like that.
Prizes: Any item or if there was patterns set up, maybe a piece of the field!
Tips: Don't go off track or you might get disqualified!
