Ok, ok so I head of this guy named Hoggle. I looked up his username and it showed he was an Admin. Why is he so popular? I see people with Hoggle cars on their profile, and say he is awsome. What did he do thats so awsome? Did he create the site? And if he is an admin shouldnt he be on more often. WHy doesnt he come on anymore?

Because he's so mysterious. (More or less, all the stuff is a joke.) But the hoggle sensation has died down. The Hoggle Fan Club hasn't been active in quite a while, at least last time I checked.

Jader coded the site. Hoggle did all the graphics.

He will ALWAYS be admin because he helped create the site. He just doesn't get on anymore because of real life and he just lost interest.

The whole Hoggle thing is like a giant joke. He created all of the graphics for the site (backgrounds, emotes, symbols etc.), so he will be an Admin forever. People think that he is awesome as a joke. He rarely uses the site anymore, and the last time he was no was for Amy's (Manekineko) birthday. It is all a joke, that everyone on ACC loves.
Hoggle created the majority of the images and original guides.
Members are just having a bit of fun with the whole Hoggle thing now. It's because he has not been on in a while that people find it fun.
Hoggle is still considered a Site Developer as he did help create the majority of the site as it is now. People move on, not everyone has the time to come on the site everyday.

Hoggle worked side-by-side with Jader to create all the graphics. He doesn't log on much anymore, as missamazing2008 said, he likely has other things taking up time. He's done a lot for ACC.
