About the ads on the site, there's one that causes problems for me. The one for "Northeast Factory Direct" often freezes up my browser (Firefox), sometimes for up to 20-30 seconds. And it shows up fairly often, so it becomes quite annoying. None of the other ads give me problems. And yes, I know most of you don't get that particular ad, since the ads seem to be localized. So I don't know if there's anything you can do about it, but I thought I'd at least let you know about it.

*cough*adblock

Is it a Flash ad? The Flash ad may improperly coded and cause more internet connection to show it.

How do I do that? I actually thought that's what I was doing when I posted it on this board.   But yeah, I still have trouble with that one specific ad all the time.

"» I saw an inappropriate Google ad on one of the pages. What do I do?
If you see an inappropriate ad, you can report the page that it was on but remember to include the full URL of the ad. This is the link that would take you to that page. DO NOT follow the link yourself.

You can copy this link by right-clicking on the link and selecting 'Properties' from the list of options. This will display the links properties sheet. On this sheet, the full URL or Address is listed. Copy this information and paste it into the report when reporting the post that the ad appeared on. Note: This will not work for the 'Flash' Player ads. To report these, be as descriptive and detailed as possible."
From the ACC Faq page. If you see the troublesome add again, just report the page the add was on under "Other" and copy the URL of the add. Then describe as much as you can about why the add is a problem. And hopefully, it will be removed shortly.

As Simfan said, get adblock! I havent seen a single add on any website since I got it! It is for firefox.

Click here for a link to adblock pro for firefox. Doesnt show anything for the add. You can even blog images that you may not like.

I hope this solves your problems.
