After reading a number of threads regarding: HOW DO I GROW A MONEY TREE??? I have decided to create this thread!
Contents1. Intro
2. How to grow a money tree.
3. Ammount buried/Chances of bloom
4. Additional Info
1. IntroOkay, so you've all heard the term:
"Money doesn't grow on trees!"
And most of you reading this know that this is
not the case on Animal Crossing: Wild World. A money tree can be used as a means of storing money, decorating your town, or just to show off to your friends! During this guide I will be explaining how to grow a money tree, and what the chances are etc...
2. How to grow a money tree.To ensure that the tree will grow, cut down an existing tree and dig up the stump with a shovel. (Note: If you are planning on replacing a lot of trees with money trees, it works best with a
golden axe!) Next, plant the ammount of bells, and hopefully a small sapling should sprout, as if you just planted fruit or a sapling from Nook's Store. Read on...!!!
3. Ammount buried/Chances of bloom. The ammount of bells buried depends on the chances of the money tree blooming bells

. Okay, a lot of people get this part wrong. The correct ammount of bells equal to 1% is 1,000 Bells! That's right, so if you buried for example, 50,000 Bells (or 50.000 in EUR games) you would have a 50% chance of the tree growing Bags of Bells once it is at its tallest.
Example:25,000 Bells buried = 25% Chance
75,000 Bells buried = 75% Chance
99,000 Bells buried - 99% Chance... Ha! Not 100,000 Bells? 99,000 Bells is the max ammount you can bury, so its never
dead certain it'll grow bells!!
4. Additional Info!Last little bits of info that are
IMPORTANT! Please read this, for your own benefit!

No matter how may bells you plant, if it grows bells there will
always be a total of 90,000 bells on the tree! (30,000 in each bag) Even if you buried 99,000! So only bury 90,000 at the most, or you would be wasting 9,000 Bells! :o If you did bury less than 90,000 (For example, 45,000 Bells) You would still get that jackpot of 90K Bells! So, aswell as saving money and showing off, you are also getting extra money and making a bit of profit!!!
I hope this helps, let me know how you get on!
