for a while they had alex pettyfer [alex rider] as being considered one imdb, but I haven't checked for a while, I know took him off at some point. Also, for a while they had some 12 year old as gazzy and it was completely wrong, but they took him down too

I've checked Fang's Blog and he doesn't have much information about the movie. He says he doesn't know anything but he trusts the director.

Catherine Hardwicke is a fact, unfortunately. And luckily, a petition signed by Maximum Ride fans got through to 'Patterson and his peeps. I doubt they would be casted. And if they are, I don't think they will be Max or Fang.
