I had never saw a guide like this on ACC, so I decided to post one. Enjoy!

Key:
*Female
*Male

*Pelly- (In town)
The nicest person in town, willing to help somebody out at the town hall, during the day.

At The Roost:

6:00 a.m. - 6:55 a.m. Every day.

*Phyllis- (In town)
A grumpy person in town that works in the town hall at night. Grumbles a lot of rude things when she talks.

At The Roost:

9:00 p.m. - 9:55 a.m. Sunday - Friday

*Lyle- (Visitor)
The insurance person, in your town a random day.

At The Roost:

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Sunday

*Resetti- (Visitor)
Comes when you reset.

At The Roost:

2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday

*Harriet- (In town with Nookington's)
The poodle giving you a nice hair cut at Nook's.

At The Roost:

11:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Monday - Friday

*Kapp'n- (Visitor)
Brings to you to the town in the beginning of the game.

At The Roost:

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Every Day

*Rover- (Visitor)
The cat with many adventures! Every Day

At The Roost:

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. / 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.

When you talk to the animals, they can share cool things with you! Make sure to be at the roost to talk to them!

Well I like it. If you keep posting (I don't mean spam though) it will never die so you won't need a sticky, but a sticky would be more helpful. I like it. it's weasy and simple and I didn't even know most of those people come.
