Table of Contents1. Waterfalls
2. Ramps
3. Other land features
Chapter 1: WaterfallsStraight Waterfall – The most common waterfall, the straight waterfall points directly south when spilling over the edge of the cliff. (Rarity: 1)
West-facing crooked waterfall – This waterfall points toward the south-west corner of your town followed by a river alongside the cliff. These waterfalls can only be found in the crooks of cliffs. (Rarity: 3)
East-facing crooked waterfall – This waterfall points toward the south=east corner of your town. It can be found on any East to West cliff. This waterfall is similar to the previous falls, except it is not placed on in the crook of a cliff. (Rarity: 2)
West-facing horizontal waterfall – This waterfall, although somewhat crooked, faces toward the West wall of your town, it’s considered a horizontal waterfall because the rivers before and after the falls are traveling East and West. These falls are very rare, and these West-facing falls are one of two. (Rarity: 4)
East-facing horizontal waterfall – This waterfall, even more crooked than the West-facing falls, is still considered a horizontal waterfall because, once again, the rivers before and after the falls travel East and West. This waterfall is more rare than the previous horizontal waterfall because town cliffs tend to slope down toward the South-east corner of the town, leaving no room for this waterfall, however, some towns do not follow this rule, allowing a waterfall like this to be made. This waterfall is the second of two rare horizontal falls. (Rarity: 5)
Straight corner cliff waterfall – This is a strange waterfall and is also quite rarely seen. The preceding river is close to a cliff, creating somewhat of a peninsula on the right side of the waterfall. These falls are one-of-a-kind and there are no other waterfalls similar to it. (Rarity: 3)
I’d like to thank Ruce and Megan1986 for the help with these photos.
Chapter 2: RampsSouth-facing cliffsRegular vertical ramp – This ramp can be found on straight, East-West cliffs and have walls on either side. (Rarity: 1)
Wide double-ramp – This ramp can be found on any straight East-West cliff walls. It’s very wide and slopes down twice. No surrounding cliffs. (Rarity: 3)
South-east-facing CornersSouth-east-facing straight ramp – This ramp can be found on South-eastern-facing corners of town cliffs, it faces the beach and travels straight down. Cliff on one side. (Rarity: 2)
South-east facing angular ramp – This somewhat rare ramp can be found on cliff corners facing South-east. It slopes down once, turns a tiny bit, and slops down again. This is one of Nintendo’s more creative ramps and is enjoyed a lot by people who are lucky enough to get it. Cliff on one side. (Rarity: 4)
East-facing CliffsEast cliff straight ramp – This ramp descends on the edge of an Eastern cliff with no turns. A piece of cliff juts out in front of the landing. One side is supported by a cliff wall. (Rarity: 3)
East cliff curved ramp – This rare ramp slopes down and curves toward the bottom. The ramp spills out over the surrounding cliff walls creating a fancier effect. (Rarity: 5)
South-west facing cornerStraight South-west corner ramp – This ramp slopes straight down with no curves whatsoever. There is a cliff on one side. (Rarity: 2)
South-west corner L-shaped ramp – This is a ramp new to ACCF only. It turns backwards and descends in an L-shape to face the Western town wall. A cliff partially supports one side. (Rarity: 3)
West-facing CliffWest cliff straight ramp – This ramp descends on the edge of a Western wall with no turns, it is very similar to the Eastern cliff version, but a cliff does not jut out in front of it. Cliffs supports one side. This ramp is surprisingly rare. (Rarity: 4)
West cliff fold-back ramp – This well-liked ramp slopes down, turns 180 degrees, and slopes down again. A cliff supports the upper section of one side. (Rarity: 4)
South-east-facing Inside CornersSouth-east inside corner angular ramp – This somewhat rare ramp slopes down, turns a bit, and slopes down again. Unlike the previous angular ramp, it’s wider and cliffs support both sides. (Rarity: 3)
South-east inside corner normal ramp – This inside corner ramp is straight, but slopes at a small angle. Cliffs support both sides. (Rarity: 2)
South-west-facing Inside CornersSouth-west inside corner normal ramp – This ramp looks nothing like it’s in an inside corner, but these ramps can actually only be placed on inside corners. They are almost exactly like the East-West cliff normal ramp, but it spills over the edges of the cliff a bit more. Cliffs support both sides. (Rarity: 1)
South-west inside corner extremely wide ramp – This fun ramp is also new to ACCF. It slopes down at the inside corner and expands to fill the entire corner of the cliff walls which support both sides of the ramp. (Rarity: 3)
I’d like to thank Megan1986, WealthyGamer, ACchick825, Reilley, rosna, and Ruce for help with these photos.
Chapter 3: Other Special Land FeaturesBays are very popular and well-liked among ACCF players. Some have little pieces of beach attached (like the photo above), or some do not, like
this bay. (Rarity: 2)
Canyons, or “hideouts” as some people like to call them are very narrow pieces of land in some parts of town that are fun to explorer and hang around in. (Rarity: 4)
I’d like to thank Ruce and ACMatt14 for help with these photos.
