You may or may not have heard of my Markup Magic guide. It covers how to use markup codes for colors and other changes. After reading it, many people tested out how words and usernames turned out as color, explained in section 2d of the guide. This resulted in a lot of posts cluttering the thread. Now, I am creating a seperate thread to direct those posts away from the official thread.
So, to start off things, I should explain how this works. Enter the color codes as normal:
Now, where the asterisk(*) appears, enter your username, name, or any word. Even enter gibberish! It doesn't matter, try anything! Now, sometimes you may enter something, and it will result in the color black. There are a few reasons for this happening. The word you entered may be too short, so you may need to lengthen it. It also may be that the values of the word just result in a color close to black, appearing unchanged.
Examples! This is my username color This is color=crossing This is color=resetti This is color=f76y$ew_
Why does this happen? It has to do with hexadecimal values, covered in my guide. But you don't need to worry about that, just give it a shot! Show of your personal color, or experiment and see what certain words come up as! Post away!
