Heya wassup? I found an empty lamp last March 17th. I sold it to Nooks because I was cleaning up my town. Then Wisp came the next day, March 18th and ask me to look for a lamp  My question is: Was that lamp I sold to Nook the same lamp I'm supposed to give to Wisp? I totally FAILED because I looked around many times and didn't find another lamp Your advice is needed!!! And thanks ^.^)

I'd give advice on the matter but I only found him 1 time and I have a lamp from the 1st time that i don't know what to do with.
I read that the lamp you find is only good for 24 hrs. but that needs to be clarified. I'd give you the one I have if it would help you.

Abbey, the SAME thing happened to me on the same day. I found the lamp and I was like "Cool, I wonder how much this will sell for" & sold it. Then I saw wisp and I couldn't find another lamp. =\

I have only playing City Folk since Christmas. While I was out of the room, my 4 year old found wisp's lamp! I went on last night after bed & found him! He gave me a basic blue bed.

I have some tips! Firstly, I found the lamp on a Friday afternoon and went on at 2 in the morning SAT time. Secondly, I walked down by the beach and found him there. I don't know if he normally hangs there.
I got a science table off of him because I always pick my weeds. This was my first time finding Wisp. I have a lamp sitting in my closet but I guess I should dispose of it since I can't find him anymore.
Just sharing an experience! Great guide!
