Welcome to my AC:CF City Guide. These have everything you need to know about the city. Your weather in the city will change daily and is not always the same in your town.
Bus Stop - 24/7 Get on the bus for a ride to the city or back to town! No worry's! Kapp'n Will drive you anytime even if it's late at night. No problem! You can catch it at the middle of the city below the fountain and in your town you can catch it in front of your town gate. When in Wi-Fi Mode, The bus will not be available.
Kick's Shoeshinery - 9am - 9pm (Fair Weathered Days) Every wanted to change the color of your character's shoes? Well now you can with the skunk named Kicks. You can tell him to either "Match My Style" or "Go By Color". They Cost 500 bells which is not such a bad price. Sadly, You can only get one per day and if it just needed a re-shine and did not change color, it's a bell-less shoeshine!
GracieGrace - 9am - 9pm GracieGrace is a boutique in the city that sells high quality furniture, clothing & accessories. But the prices might just blow you out of the store with you bell-less. You should only go here if you have alot of bells saved. The 3rd rumored Able's Sister, Labelle is the clerk at GracieGrace. The items changes each season. In Spring (Feb. 1 - Apr. 31) the Princess Series Will be displayed. In the Summer Time (May. 1 - Jul. 31) the great Gracie Series will be displayed. When the leaves are falling in fall (Aug. 1 - Oct. 31) the Sweets Series will be displayed. Then finally in Winter (Nov. 1 - Jan. 31) is the Gorgeous series. But please beware that the series are extremely expensive more than the side clothing & accessories.
Phineas's Balloon's - 9am - 7pm (Mostly Sunny Days) Every wanted to run around town with a pinwheel, balloon or bubble wand? Thanks to Phineas, now it's possible! You can talk to him and get a bunny balloon, pinwheel, regular balloon or bubble wand for free! You can only get 1 item each day if he comes.
HRA Headquarters - 9am - 9pm The HRA also known as the Happy Room Academy is a member's only club that let's professional decorators rate your room and tell you what you need to work on. You can talk to Lyle about the model room, your evaluation or the option to turn on and off the letters from the academy. Maybe you can get picked for the model room if your room is good enough!
The Marquee - 10am - 11pm The Marquee is a theater in the city where you can learn new emotions in ways to express yourself on your character. Shrunk usually appears in the the theater and presents and rarely Franklin will star in the theater. You can only learn up to 4 emotions. But you can certainly swamp the old emotions for new ones.
Shampoodle - 8am - 9pm Shampoodle, the salon in the city run by Harriet will give you a new hair do! You can get a haircut or try the new feature in city folk, the Mii Makeover which allows you to have you character look like you Mii! The first Mii Makeover is free of charge but the next time it costs 3,000 bells. The Haircut also costs 3,000 bells. You can also take on and off your Mii Mask in your Designs Option. You can only get 1 haircut or Mii Makeover a day. You cannot get both the same day.
Lloyd's Auction House - 24/7 Got something around the house that you don't need anymore? Bring it to the Auction House to set it up for a bid on the assigned date. Your Junk is someone else's Need! Display and Bid's Happen Every 2 weeks. One week there is a display or a bid.
Katrina's Fortune Service - 10am - 12am Want to know your fortune? Or The way to give peace in your Town? Head on Over to Katrina's Fortune Service and talk to Katrina to get your fortune or how to find peace in your town for just 100 bells! Your fortune will change every week while the peace in your town method will be changed every month.
Redd's Secret Shop - 10am - 1am Member's Only! Redd's Secret Shop is owned by a fox named Redd and he has furniture and paintings in his shop! Please beware that some stuff may be fake! But sometimes it can be real! You can get in by invitation only and pay 3,000 bells to be a member. If you send a invite to someone, you get 1,000 bells from Redd thanking you for getting someone to join. Sometimes his shop can be closed to say that he's re-stocking and the date he will be open again.
Resseti's Surveillance Center - Random Nights At 8pm Resseti's Surveillance Center is a place where Resseti hangs out and watches to make sure you don't turn the power off or reset the Wii Without Saving! He will be on the far right of the city and if the center is open, you will see a cone knocked over with light shining through. He will give you a silver shovel just to get you out!

You might want to mention that it starts at 8PM and ends at a currently unknown time. There have been reports of some people getting there at ~10:35 and a little later!

I got into Resetti's place for a second time after I got the silver shovel around 11 pm. He was just sitting on the chair in the background that he probably uses to ride up to beside your house and said something like, "Kid, what are you doing here? I thought I told you to stay out!"
Twas of little point, but still humorous.
