I've been waiting since April 27th for something to be done about my revenge rating.
I sent a ticket to the mods with clear evidence that the person did it out of smite (because I was suspicious of his activities and called him a seeder, he swiped back).
A mod said that they would deny my ticket because they couldn't remove through the user ticket I sent, but they'll create a new ticket for me.
I'm still waiting for the revenge rating to be fixed!

Well, if it is an important concern for you I'm sure you could PT a mod about it. They'd be happy to help.

I have a question about getting permabanned: Would it be possible to be permabanned for unintentional spam, or are people usually only permabanned when they are making multiple accounts or are intentionally breaking rules?

No, you wouldn't get permabanned for unintentional spam. Permabans aren't handed out lightly. And yeah, it'd only happen if someone was seriously disrupting the family friendly environment on the site.

You can definitely get banned for spam, but you need to do a lot of it. The staff will also give you a fair amount of warnings.

By unintentional spam, you mean going off topic a bit without intending to spam, right?
You need to try to get a permaban. You will get many warnings first, and will only get it if you do really bad things. The only exception is if you spam some or troll a bit and in the notifications repeatedly show you don't care and intend to continue to, you could get a permaban without doing anything really bad.

How many violation points need to be on your record before getting a suspension or ban?

I think it's different for each scenario. Sometimes points won't accumulate if you got violation points with a long period of time between each. On the site rules page, click "With violations" near the top of the page and there will be an explanation of how the violations will work.

The points you see don't really work that way. The way they work now (and since the ticket system was created) is to mirror how we used to give out Sticky Warnings before we'd give a temporary ban (assuming it was something that wasn't enough to earn a ban on the first offense - like using certain offensive words or linking to certain offensive websites).
The way it used to work was that we'd give the first two points on the first two offenses & then let violations pile up until we send out a PT Warning to the members & then let more violations pile up until we sent a second Warning PT. After a bunch more violations piled up, then we'd issue a temporary ban.
Now, since you can see the violations that you get as they happen, we use the points to denote the times when we would have sent those Warning PTs.
When you get that third point, you'll also get your first short temporary ban which will last for less than a week. The fourth point will also get you your first long temporary ban of at least a week. The fifth point will be given when you are permanently banned.
There's no real number of how many violations you need to get a point, it's more a question of the seriousness of the violations. In the rules, there are categories of violations with a point value next to them. The higher those points are, the worse they are. With any violation of level 3, it's very possible that you'll get that temporary ban immediately, but it's also possible that we may just add one or 2 points (depending on the circumstances surrounding the violation). For things marked at Level 5, that's severe enough to get you immediately & permanently banned from the site. There have been times when looking at the circumstances surrounding a Level 5 violation that I chose not to give a permanent ban but a long temporary ban instead, but either way, Level 5 is going to earn you a ban of some sort.

Yes, you can be banned for posting romantic content. You can see how many points you get for each rule violation in the Site Rules. The bigger amount of points a violation has, the more probabilities you have to be banned for doing it. "1 Mild expressions of a romantic or physical nature 3 Moderate expressions of a romantic or physical nature 5 Extreme expressions of a romantic or physical nature 5 Any expressions that are sexual in nature 5 Any form of romantic or physical expressions found to be between a minor (below 18 years of age) and a non-minor (18 years of age or older)"

I have a question about rule 1.3 Posting Other Sites with Offensive Content. What happens if a website was family friendly and then the next day it had a rude word on the website and that user got reported for it and never knew about it, what would happen then?

If we can tell that the update to the site happened after the link was made (for example if someone posted a rude comment on a YouTube video days after the link was posted on ACC), we'd just remove the link.

I have a question about the tool Moderators use to move threads. If a member, for example, used the Site Support board to report a minor bug, and a Moderator decided that the thread should be moved to the Site Suggestions board so the R&D Team would see it better, would a notification still be issued so that the member would know that their thread was moved?

If the thread didn't belong on Site Suggestions, it would get a notification for the movement. If it was in the correct place & we were aiming for the R&D Team to notice it, we'd point it out in a different way & the thread would stay on the Site Suggestions board.

I have questions concerning on whether bypassing the word filter would be appropriate for my situation or not, as well as something about religion. Right now, I'm creating a fantasy RPG, and I want to know whether I can use "h[/b]ell," and allow the use of it only to refer to the place and not as a curse word. When I go to advertise it on the RPG Advertisment sticky, I would also say that I'm allowing the use of "the h-word" in the roleplay. I also want to know if I'm allowed to invent religions for the same RPG. They won't be the main focus of the RPG, nor will any one religion be the true religion of the fantasy world I've created. They will be there to support things such as a character's view on the use of magic, adhering to certain diets, and views on violence. I will tell the people who've signed up not to get into big fights over the religions, not trying to convert another person's character's religion, and not to have characters that are overly religious, since religion will be very minor in the RPG.

You could just use a synonym fo that word. You could refer to it as "Hades" or the "Underworld."

Right. I forgot about that. Though, besides that, I also want to know if it's okay to bypass the filter for that word if it's used in a song title, like in that song by Meatloaf, if I have to mention the song.

I'm assuming it's okay for me to make up religions in my RPG?

As far as I know, bypassing the filter for song titles isn't allowed.
As for your question about religions, I would assume that would be fine, since they are just an aspect of the RPG and not the main focus. I am also basing that assumption on the fact that controversial subjects are allowed to be discussed in PTs.

I agree with Qwerty about the song titles. If you were allowed to bypass the filter to post the title of that song, it would technically be allowed to post other inappropriate song titles. For example, the uncensored title of Forget You (Cee Lo Green) contains a certain word that is highly inappropriate for ACC. As for fictitious religions being used in RPGs, it is most likely allowed. There is sort of a fictional religion in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Serena is a fictional goddess.
