If you cannot think of any sort of guess, then there's no way to tell where you are.

You can try looking here on ACC for rare item giveaways to get the feathers.

If you donated over 5,000,000 then you passed up all the feathers except the rainbow feather. That's why you didn't receive any of them.

You might still be able to get the rainbow feather, but if you don't know how much over 5 million you donated, it'll be hard for me to help you.

Also, if you don't know, you can simply use a different character to donate, using the correct increments.

Has anyone actually done that? Every single guide I've read on it agrees with me that all of the characters in town donate to the same Boondox and therefore it's all cumulative with each other.

But, if someone has proven that it's possible, I will change that.

My question. Is overdonating donating doing 15,000 on your first time or donating 500,000?

Some say that on the first two feathers, you can over-donate a little and still get them. But, on the rest, you will skip them from the first one or two over-donations. However, I don't know how much you can over-donate and still get them.

Over-donating is donating any amount over the amount needed to get the feather.

So if I over donate say 500 bells, I can get the first two feathers, but none of the others?

But if you haven't donated anything yet... why not just donate the correct amounts?

I'm not going to test the over-donations because I'm still working on my feathers and don't want to risk not getting them.

I guess I'll be testing the over-donations, since I donated an unknown amount a long time ago.

No. If you donate too much, even if it's just one bell, you will not receive the feather.

I've overdonated and still got the blue feather.

I know, goodbyesara. Someone has already pointed this out. However, it only works on the first couple of feathers. That overdonation will hinder your feather receipt once you get into the higher amounts.

That's why it's much better to donate the exact amounts.

No one has done any testing on it, and I won't because I have not received all the feathers and do not want to mess up my chances.

You don't really know where the money for Boondox goes. That's the trick. I mean, when you donate to charity, you may not necessarily know where it goes, but it's still good to donate.

Donating to Boondox is the only way to get the feathers in the game without a hacking device or using online giveaways, so regardless of where the money goes, it is important to do it.
