Some recommendations- Its important to have some sort of virus scanner installed. Macs and Linux PCs are not immune to getting a virus, they are just less likely targets and are less vulnerable.
- Always make sure your virus detection files are up to date.
- Make sure that your virus protection is turned on and running.
