Posted: 4/3 7:42pm Edited: 3 Staff Edited Earlier today ACC was experiencing some strange things on the boards. We are not completely certain what happened but somehow a virus/trojan infected the server. We have identified one possible culprit. The trojan/worm is called VBS.Chu.A@mm. This is the info that Symantec has on it. VBS.Chu.A@mm RemovalIts possible that this virus was transfered from the server out to some people's computers. Not everyone was affected. It seems to have only affected those using Internet Explorer. It was using an exploit in Internet Explorer's Active X feature to load in the files. To be on the safe side its a good idea to update your virus detection files and run a thorough scan. If you do not have a virus scanner, you can download a free one from GriSoft - AVG. There are other online tools to try out as well like Trend Micro's Housecall. EDIT: The issue with the help files has now been resolved. Thanks.
