1: I heard that you needed to have WiFi to go to other towns in Animal Crossing: Wild World AKA Animal Crossing DS, but once your gates are open anyone could go into your town regardless of whether you have ever connected to WiFi. Is this true?

2: What's the range of a USB connector in metric measurements?

3: Would DSL work along with a wireless router just as broadband would?

4: Do I need both a wireless router/broadband/Windows XP and a USB or just one of those two choices?

How do i get the friend code? I talked to Copper and tried to connect to the internet and it said that it couldnt find a spot. I was right next to the router thing and it wouldnt let me get a code. I really wanna play online so please, please, please help me!!

ok i dont know if this question has been posted but here it goes.... I have broadband and i got the usb connector shouldnt I be able to get play AC online now??? I tried and it says " Install your nintendo Wi-Fi Connector software and then insert the nintendo wifi connector into your computers usb port." Where do i get the software? Do i have to buy it????

You need your cable internet connection to work first. Then, you can either get the USB adapter or a router. Either way.

I have the usb connector, I tried to install it on my sister's laptop but it froze up during the last 20% of the installation. We brought down the firewall but not the antivirus.

What OS is the laptop running on. example: Windows XP

To firewall shouldn't make a difference in the installation.

is the laptop a tosiba, that laptop has a built in wiwi program thatwill iterfear with the usb stick
