Hakcs ARE allowed, as long as they don't exceed legal limits of the game. Things like quick EV training is ok.
The prize for 1st place is any Pokemon you want (I'll get a friend to hack it to your specifications). And btw I'm not gonna be battling in this tourney, although you're welcome to battle me outside the tourney. Please PT me if interested.

Rules: 1. Single or Double depending on leader's preference 2. Level 100 battles 3. No Ubers 4. No hacked stats/movesets on your pokemon 5. You only get 1 chance to beat the leader, otherwise you'll have to start from square one again... 6. Trainers can use four to six Pokemon depending on the number that the leader has. 7. DC'ing automatically sends you back to the beginning again unless a reasonable excuse is made. 8. Trainers must register a team they use with me or Bogmire to use throughout the matches.
Our league is made up of eight gym leaders and an Elite Four (coming eventually) for you to challenge. Each will require a different strategy, since all types are covered throughout the gyms. Here is what you can expect for the first four: -Nature Gym (Grass, Bug, and Poison) -Flier's Gym (Dual flying types) -Storm Gym (Water, Ice, and Electric types) -Burning Gym (Fire types) As you can see, it will be very difficult to keep this all covered with one team. But in the end, it'll all be worth it. The prize is an assortment of widely popular TMs such as Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Flamethrower to help improve your team even further. You may select eight TMs to carry home with you. If you happen to beat the eight gym leaders (and the Elite Four, coming eventually) you will be the new champion and gain a spot in our League. It is only until you are beaten by another that your status will yet again remain a trainer.
You may feel free to battle the league as many times as you want, although you won't be expected to recieve anything except the Champion rank if you beat us a second time. PT me for team registration and I'll send you off to the battling PT if I find things suitable.
*Note: If the current gym leader you're facing isn't on, I'll make a PT including him and you in it. I'll gather hours from said person and make sure everything works out.

Date:Registration: 09-19-07 to 9-30-07. Tournament starts October 1st, ends October 5th.
Rules: 1. I'll change the stadium per round, but it'll always be regular. 2. Every match is level 5. 3. No cheats. 4. Each series is best-of-three, and each game is 5 minutes. 5. No disconnecting on purpose. We'll go by the honor system, so if you say it was because of bad internet connection or like that, we'll probably trust you.(Unless it was with 3 seconds left with your opponent winning) If you are caught D/Cing on purpose you will be disqualified. 6. No goalie camping. 7. No complaining, lying or making excuses. If you lose, live with it, and no complaining about tactics like Goalie Deking or Jumping, they are legal. If both players say that he/she won, then I will decide. So no complaining about my decision either. 8. Have fun.
